Monday through Friday the field office opens at eight in the morning and closes at five in the afternoon, Mountain time. On those hours a note is answered the same working day wherever possible. Standing appointments and crop walks are best arranged by telephone so that weather, road access and labour schedules can be weighed together before a promise is made.
Reaching someone during the season
From seeding until the last truck clears the yard, scouting and coordination runs can pull the team onto the field line during office hours. If the call is not answered at that moment, leave the grower name and field number on the line and we return the call before the day is out. Answers that save a call
Where does CropX work?
CropX holds its base at 721 S 3600 W, Ogden - 84404-9540, United States (US) and takes row-crop work across the surrounding reachable grain country. For fields comfortably within a season drive of the office we can scout in person; for larger or distant tracts we prefer a first conversation to judge whether the boots can be in the right rows at the right stage.
What does a first meeting cost?
Nothing. The first walk stands free so the grower can judge the way CropX reads a field before any contract is signed. After that, fees follow the actual work and are quoted in writing before the boots go out, with no surprise lines added against a verbal promise.
May I keep my own records and vendors?
Yes, and CropX encourages it. All field notes and plans we produce write into a folder the grower owns. We work gladly beside whichever fertiliser, seed or chemical suppliers the grower already trusts so the season stays a single conversation rather than a tug between suppliers.
